Oral presentations
Please save the file needed for your presentation on a USB stick. We will help you to upload your presentation to the system (pptx or pdf file). Presenters should respect the presentation time (check your presentation time in the program).
Poster presentations
Please do not print your poster! Instead prepare: 1) an e-poster and 2) slides for the poster presentation.
- E-poster: will be available in the e-poster gallery during the conference. Please send your e-poster to info@asd2023.net before September 18, 2023.
Format: portrait or landscape
Number of pages: maximum 1
File type: PDF or PowerPoint
File size: maximum 500 MB
Font: do not use exotic fonts, as they may not appear correctly in the e-poster gallery
File name: “your name_posterASD2023”. To avoid compatibility problems, please do not use special characters (e.g. «, Ö, Ø, ñ, ε, ®, ý, }, {, etc.).
2. Poster presentation slides: during the poster session, you will be asked to present your poster using your presentation slides (max. 3 slides) in landscape format. You will have 3 minutes for your presentation.
